A structure to set up an intake-exhaust duct for a movable heat-recovery/ventilation system and a movable heat-recovery/ventilation apparatus thereof are provided to mount air intake-exhaust ducts to an indoor space without forming any hole in a wall, a roof or a window easily even without any skilled techniques. A structure to set up an intake-exhaust duct for a movable heat-recovery/ventilation system includes connectors(80,90) mounted to an inlet and an outlet respectively, corrugation type ducts(60,70) mounted to the connectors detachably, supporting panel connectors(40,50) mounted to the ducts detachably, first and second supporting panels(10,20) having receiving grooves for receiving opening parts of the supporting panels connector for the inlet and the outlet respectively, and a connection panel(30) positioned between the first and second supporting panels for controlling an interval therebetween. The first and second supporting panels are mounted to a window frame of a building.
