A heat-conductive silicone reflecting sheet is provided to prevent refraction and irregular reflection caused due to thermal deformation by increasing reflection and heat emission efficiency and to increase the life time of a liquid crystal panel by emitting the heat to the rear side of a backlight unit. A heat-conductive silicone reflecting sheet is composed of: a thin film type release paper(10) formed at the bottom; a heat-conductive silicone sheet(20) formed on the upside of the release paper and produced by mixing vinyl terminated PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane), alumina oxide, platinum compound, methyl hydrogen polysiloxane, and pigments; a silicone adhesive primer layer(30) formed on the upside of the silicone sheet by applying a silicone adhesive agent in the thickness of 10~100 micrometers; a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) reflecting sheet(40) formed on the upside of the primer layer and provided with a UV(Ultraviolet) coating layer(40a); and a thin film type release paper(50) formed on the top.
