A garbage disposal equipment is provided to prevent damage of a crushing means by allowing a cutting blade to cut food garbage with a large volume into pieces, and improve dewatering capability relative to food garbage by varying a gap between blades formed on outer peripheral surfaces of a plurality of screws. In a garbage disposal equipment comprising a crushing means(100), a drying means, a sewage tank, and a purification means, the garbage disposal equipment includes: a housing(110) in which a crushing space(112) is formed such that food garbage is contained in the crushing space; an injection port(102) perforated into an outer part of the housing to flow food garbage into the housing; a first crushing member(120) having a first screw(122) formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof such that a gap between the first screws gradually decreases in one direction to crush and compress primarily food garbage injected into the crushing space; a second crushing member(140) having a second screw(142) formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof such that a gap between the second screws gradually decreases in one direction to crush and compress secondly food garbage that has been primarily crushed and compressed by the first crushing member, the gap of the second screws being shorter than that of the first screws; and a cutting blade(160) rotatably mounted to cut food garbage, wherein the first crushing member, the second crushing member, and the cutting blade form a concentric circle. |
