A folding type pallet is provided to fix side walls that form four wall surfaces and supports that support the side walls firmly and conveniently, and to simplify the structure of clamps. A folding type pallet includes a base frame(10), supports(14), side walls(12) and clamps(20). The supports are installed on the four corners of the base frame to be folded. The side walls form four wall surfaces and are installed on the base frame. Holes are formed on both end portions of the side wall. A coupling hook for penetrating the hole is formed to protrude on the inner surface of the support that supports the side wall. A coupling hole is formed on the center of the coupling hook. A pin that is formed to extend vertically from the bottom surface of the clamp is inserted into the coupling hole.
