A battery charger of a mobile phone is provided to charge the battery by using a voltage generated by an impact of slide balls in a piezoelectric element. A box-type case(1) has a space for containing inner components. A pair of piezoelectric elements(2) are fixed at one side portion of the case and generate a voltage, when an impact is applied. A ball guide bar(3) is arranged to couple terminals of the piezoelectric elements with each other. The slide ball(4) is slidably arranged on the ball guide bar. When a mobile phone is moved, the slide ball is moved, and an impact is applied to the piezoelectric elements by an impact force or a direction of the movement. A battery(7) is charged by the voltage from the piezoelectric elements. An over-charge preventing unit(5) prevents the overcharge of the battery.
