It is intended to provide a cosmetic for eyelashes, which easily gives a good curl-up effect to eyelashes, does not form a lump when applied, has high humidity resistance, has a high curl-retaining effect when used, and gives a beautiful finish. The cosmetic for eyelashes is characterized by containing a film-forming polymer (A), which has as structural units, methacrylic acid and/or a salt thereof (a monomer (a)) and a monomer (b) with a solubility in 100 g of water at 20°C of 2 g or less, and has a glass transition temperature (Tg1) of 80°C or higher.
