A display substrate and a display device including the same are provided to remove a ripple component of a data signal output to a driving chip by making a first conductive pattern overlap a first voltage line part formed in an region between adjacent output pads. An output pad part electrically contacts output terminals of a driving chip. A fanout portion electrically connects source lines(DL) with the output pad part. A first voltage line part(210) extends in an extension direction of gate lines(GL) intersecting the source line, and applies a first driving voltage to the driving chip. A first conductive pattern overlaps the first voltage line part formed in a region between the adjacent output pad parts. The first voltage line part includes a first power line for receiving a first power voltage, and a second ground line for receiving a first ground voltage and is placed in parallel to the first power line.
