A tire bead filler rubber composition for a truck and a tire using the rubber comprising the composition are provided to improve heat resistance and impact resilience and to enhance the rolling resistance characteristics of a tire. A tire bead filler rubber composition comprises 30-40 phr of the carbon black having an iodine adsorption number of 60-80 mg/g and a DBP oil absorption of 90-95 mL/100 g; and 5-10 phr of the silica having a BET of 110-130 m^2/g and a CTAB of 110-130 m^2/g based on 100 phr of a rubber material. Preferably the rubber material is selected from a natural rubber, a synthetic rubber, and their mixture.
