An one touch unlock unit of a door lock, and an out-lever idle unit are provided to unlock the door lock rapidly by unlocking a latch bolt and a dead bolt at the same time. An one touch unlock unit includes a key box(200) which operates a dead bolt, and a handler(7), and an in-case(1) and an out-case(2) which include an in-lever(10) and an out-lever(20) for operating a latch bolt. Within the in-case, the latch bolt(4) and the dead bolt(3) are unlocked simultaneously by installing a big gear(5) on the handler to be connected with a small gear, wherein a rack gear having a latch protrusion is installed on the small gear, to be moved horizontally.
