A method of manufacturing a packing vessel and a packing vessel produced by the method are provided to increase intensity of the packing vessel with a high density by using a plurality of insert injection molded performs, thereby increasing intensity of the packing vessel without having burrs on the surface. A method of manufacturing a packing vessel comprises the steps of: injection molding a first form with a first mold; insert injection molding a second form by inserting the first form into a second mold; heating the second form with the first form insert injection molded to turn the second form into a high-temperature multilayered preform(40) with fluidity, so as to blow form the second form; inserting the high-temperature multilayered preform into a blow mold(50) and blowing compressed air via an air inlet port(60) to blow up the high-temperature multilayered preform and allow it to make contact with an inner shape of the blow mold; cooling the blow mold and solidifying the form when a shaping of form is completed; and taking out the form from the blow mold when the blow mold is cooled and the form is solidified.
