A method for applying paints on a vehicle entry preventing bar made of rubber chips is provided to increase the reflection angle in reflecting particles of a light source by keeping reflecting particles afloat at different positions on a focus film. A method for applying paints on a vehicle entry preventing bar made of rubber chips comprises the steps of: spreading an application agent(12) on the outer surface of the vehicle entry preventing bar produced by vulcanizing rubber chips mixed with polyurethane as a binder, wherein the application agent is produced by mixing polyurethane, reflecting particles(11), and an anti-precipitator; hardening the application agent by applying heat, in order to expose only the reflecting particles to the outside by shrinking the thermosetting polyurethane with hardening; and applying the transparent ink on the upside of beads exposed to the outside, to shield the reflecting particle.
