A thread inserting device for strengthening muscles using autogenic ability is provided to thicken the weak muscles and to strengthen the muscle force by autogenic substances accumulated around the inserted foreign material to cure muscle diseases using autogenic power of human body. A thread inserting device for strengthening muscles comprises: an injection needle(16) including a handle part(12) held with fingers and a longitudinal hole(20) in its inside; a thread(22) to move into a muscle during the needle is inserted into the muscle and to remain in the muscle after the needle is drawn back; and a protective tube(18) to protect the thread.
