A method of making a heat-resistant transparent container is provided to obtain high heat-resistance which is durable under a temperature of 150 deg.c by improving crystallization of A-PET by stretching and heat-setting, and to increase productivity by shortening molding time instead of conducting double-molding. A method of making a heat-resistant transparent container comprises the steps of: heating an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate sheet, primarily stretching the sheet and then primarily heat-setting; and thermoforming the processed sheet treated in the primary stretching and heat setting-process within a thermoforming mold, secondarily stretching the sheet and then secondarily heat-setting within the same mold.
