An LCD is provided to discharge a voltage of a gate line to a ground voltage line by forming an auxiliary ground voltage line of the same material on the same plane as a data line and electrically connecting an end of the gate line with the auxiliary ground voltage line through a contact hole. A substrate includes a display region(111) and a non-display region(122) at an edge of the display region. A gate line(124) is formed on the substrate in a horizontal direction. A data line(144) is formed on the substrate in a vertical direction. A thin film transistor is electrically connected to the gate line and the data line, and is provided on the display region. An anti-static circuit(125,145,165) is provided at an end of the gate line. A ground voltage line is electrically connected to the antistatic circuit. |
