A shower filter system is provided to replace a filter easily by checking the state of a filter used through a transparent portion and to supply clean water beneficial to the skin smoothly by removing chlorine contained in tap water and supplying vitamin C to the water. A shower filter system is formed by placing a cylindrical filter(14) having a water purifying portion(9) at the circumference and a water purifying passage(12) in a filter main body(7) having a transparent portion(1) at the outer circumference and a hose connecting bolt(3) with a drainpipe(5) at the bottom center, and fastening an upper cap(24) having a faucet connecting nut(20) at the top and a water inflow pipe(22) on the upper part of the filter main body between a drainpipe bolt(30) of a shower faucet(28) and a connecting nut(33) of a hose(32). If tap water flows in the water purifying portion of the filter main body through the water inflow pipe, harmful substances such as rust contained in the tap water are filtered out through the cylindrical filter and the filtered water is discharged to a shower through the water purifying passage, the drainpipe and the hose. In addition, a chlorine removal ceramic is built in a cap attached to the lower part of the cylindrical filter to decompose chlorine contained in the tap water and a vitamin C particle tube is installed between the water inflow pipe of the filter main body and the drainpipe to flow out the filtered water together with vitamin C to the shower.
