A sticking device for a both-sided tape is provided to attach consecutively supplying envelopes or posters after absorbing the both-sided tape into an absorption roller by transferring the both-sided tape without absorbing the supplied both-sided tape into the absorption roller while cutting the both-sided tape. A sticking device for a both-sided tape(3) includes a both-sided tape supplying roller, a cutting roller(20), a transferring roller(30), a separator remover(40), a separator collecting roller, an absorption roller(60), and a driving member. The both-sided tape supplying roller is disposed at one side of a transferring path and feeds the both-sided tape. The cutting roller cuts the both-sided tape and only a separator(2) attached on one surface among separators attached to the both-sided tape. The transferring roller transfers the cut both-sided tape, the cut separator, and an uncut separator(1). The separator remover removes the uncut separator from the cut both-sided tape and the cut separator. The separator collecting roller collects the both-sided tape and separator removed from the uncut separator. The driving member delivers a driving force to the cutting roller, the transferring roller, and the absorption roller.
