A flooring material manufacturing method using WPC(Wood Fiber Particle Polypropylene Fiber Composite) panels and a flooring material produced by the same are provided to secure strong impact resistance, water resistance, and heat resistance of the flooring material. A flooring material manufacturing method using WPC panels comprises the steps of: making a WPC panel sheet(S10); forming a coating LPM(Low Pressure Melamine) synthetic resin sheet by bonding an impregnated kraft paper to the underside of coating LPM, and positioning the WPC panel sheet under the synthetic resin sheet and pressing the stacked sheets(S20); forming an adhesive coating layer by applying an EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) adhesive agent on the upside of a flooring veneer board, and then stacking a half-finished product and cold-pressing and curing the half-finished product(S30); and obtaining a completely finished product by coating and cutting the product(S40).
