An LCD panel is provided to obtain sufficient support from a column spacer by making an overlapping region between a vial hole and a first surface of a column spacer contacting a display substrate less than 50 % of the entire area of the first surface of the column spacer. A display substrate includes a pixel layer including gate lines(GL), source lines(DL) and a thin film transistor, and an organic dielectric layer formed on the pixel layer and including a via hole (VH) in a portion thereof. A facing substrate is bonded with the display substrate with a liquid crystal layer interposed therebetween. A column spacer(CS) is disposed between the display substrate and the facing substrate to separate the display substrate and the facing substrate from each other, and has a first surface contacting the display substrate and a second substrate contacting the facing substrate. An overlapping region between the first surface and the via hole is less than 50 % of the entire area of the first surface.
