The arrangement (10) has a retaining unit with a V shaped coupling clamp (24) to retain a turbocompressor (18) in a temporary position in which the turbocompressor is sensibly suspended below a gas exhaust conduit (14) before its permanent fixation on the turbocompressor. The clamp is carried by the turbocompressor and extends partially above a radial fixation plate (22) to radially delimit a T shaped groove that is opened upwards. A horizontal radial flange (20) of the exhaust conduit is radially inserted in the groove, so that the turbocompressor occupies its temporary position.
