The sign (1) has terminal elements (4) in shape of a channel and including side walls or edges (4b) which extend perpendicularly from parallel sides of a rectangular intermediate wall and which present a convex curved profile (4c). Each terminal element is fixed to a terminal side (3b) corresponding to an arm of a cross shaped holder chassis (2) to give the aspect of a cross whose external sides are rounded, to the assembly of the sign. The terminal element is associated to the terminal side of the chassis and presents a large window (5) partially facing openings (3c) of the terminal side.
