SOLAR CELL STREET LAMP

A solar cell street lamp is provided to generate a high efficiency color beam at a low cost by implementing both a CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) and a color lamp in the solar cell street lamp. A pole(10) supports a street lamp. A painting portion(20) is formed by applying an embossing type paint on the pole from a bottom to a predetermined height. A solar cell(30) is slantingly implemented to face upward in the middle of the pole. A first illuminating unit(40) includes plural color LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes) which are arranged in a stripe shape along a length direction of a mount. The mount is formed on one side of an upper portion of the pole. A second illuminating unit(50) is slantingly implemented to face downward on the upper portion and includes first and second illuminating lamps. The second illuminating unit is controlled by a controller. A portion of the first illuminating lamp is powered by the solar cell, while the rest of the first illuminating lamp is powered by a commercial source. CCFLs in the first illuminating lamp are controlled by the controller.
