<p>An epoxy-silicone hybrid resin composition is provided to have transparency, be free of surface stickiness, and be desirable as a protecting material of a light emitting semiconductor having excellent transparency upon a reflow test. An epoxy-silicone hybrid resin composition includes, as essential components, (A) an organopolysilsesquioxane resin having at least two epoxy functional groups or oxetanyl groups in a molecule, (B) an epoxy resin having at least two epoxy functional groups in a molecule, (C) a hardener, and (D) a hardening catalyst. The hardening catalyst comprises at least one quaternary phosphonium salt. The quaternary phosphonium salt comprises a compound represented by the following formula 1 and/or a compound represented by the following formula 2.</p> |
