The rollator has a gantry pressed on the ground via a support polygon formed by front and rear wheels (21, 22, 31, 32). A user such as disabled person, suspension unit has a harness (10) connected by a cable (11) at a high suspension point (PS) of the gantry above a user (U), and is projected near the center of the polygon and a winch (12) for the cable. A gripping rod (40) is fixed at the gantry for the user, and a retractable seat (71) is fixed at the rear of the gantry. A synthetic foam flange is fixed by one of its ends to proximity of the rod and by its another end to a rear jamb (53).
