The present invention provides an article of manufacture comprising a con tainer or dispenser (10) having a top (12), at least one sidewall (16), a bo ttom (14) and an interior volume. The at least one sidewall joins the top to the bottom, and the top, the sidewall and bottom define the interior volume (11) capable of holding at least one product. The sidewall (16) has an exte rior surface which is covered by an outer sheet component sleeve. At least a major portion of the exterior surface of the sidewall (16) is covered by th e outer sheet component sleeve (80). The outer sheet component sleeve has at least one graphic, image or decorative design (90) located thereon and the outer sheet component has at least one shhnkable polymeric film layer. Also, located within the interior volume is product (22) contained or dispensed f rom the container or dispenser (10).
