A screw manufacturing apparatus is provided to ensure precise control with simplified structure by interlocking escaping of a guide pin of a cutting block from a wire with a forward movement of a punching block. A screw manufacturing apparatus comprises a setting block(110), a cutting unit(120), and a punching block(150). The setting block comprises an inlet hole(112) to pass a wire(100), a support hole(114) to support the wire being cut, and a discharge unit to discharge the wire supported by the support hole. The cutting unit comprises a cutting blade for cutting of the wire, a body(124) where the cutting blade is secured, a rotary bar(130) rotatably hinged to the body and having an inclining surface, a guide pin(136) secured to the rotary bar to hold the wire being cut by the cutting blade, a spring(134) for returning the rotary bar, and a driving unit(122) rectilinearly moving the body to transport the wire to the support hole from the inlet hole. The punching block capable of forward/backward movement and up/down movement towards the setting block, comprises a camshaft(152) rotating the rotary bar by pressing the inclining surface, a first punching arrow(154) for insertion of the wire into the support hole, a second punching arrow(156) for manufacturing a screw head by punching the wire inserted in the support hole.
