An alternator system for vehicle is provided to preclude generation of noise through frequency compensation by generating high frequency currents of constant phase and opposite phase through changing a connection terminal with a battery. An alternator system for vehicle comprises a battery(100), a vehicle load(300), an alternator(200), and a wiring connection structure. The rechargeable battery discharges a predetermined voltage. The vehicle load, which is connected to a voltage end of the battery, uses the voltage in the voltage end as driving voltage. The alternator outputs current under a predetermined voltage by magnetic induction according to rotation of an engine of the vehicle. The wiring connection structure, which is connected to an output end of the alternator and the voltage end of the battery, consists of an alternator fuse for preventing flow of overvoltage/overcurrent toward the battery and indirectly transmits output voltage of the alternator through the battery toward the vehicle load.
