Preferably, the slits (103) are made in the rear in the moving direction when the surface (S11) of the substrate (101) is touched to the fusion liquid of a semiconductor material. More preferably, a plurality of slits (103) are made from the peripheral groove (102) to the inside portion in the moving direction when the substrate (101) touches the fusion liquid of a semiconductor material.
