The fluid distributor has a hollow cylinder (13) with an upstream chamber (14) for supplying a fluid e.g. hydrogen, in connection with a fluid inlet (15). The chamber is separated by a circular partition (25) of a downstream chamber (18) for the evacuation of the fluid in connection with fluid outlets (21, 22). The partition is mounted relative to the cylinder and includes a circular hole (27) for the passage of the fluid from the chamber (14) until the chamber (18). A sealed wall (28) crossing the hole communicates the fluid with the inlets according to an angular position of the partition.
