The structure has a plate supporting intermediate structure (20) with a cradle bracket of a plate guided by rollers and coupled to a translation device (60). Jack of the device takes support on the structure (20) and permits longitudinal sliding of the bracket for driving loading and unloading on a vehicle. A slide (70) is driven by a manoeuvre device (90) to assure its sliding for accompanying the loading/unloading. The slide pivots to exert a force towards a top to actuate the device and its relief valve (99) with respect to a seat around a joint to assure settling of the vehicle.
