The apparatus has an underframe (11) mounted and articulated on a frame (1) around a vertical axis. The underframe has a draught bar (12) cooperating with a tractor engine harnessing system, and an angle transmission device (23) integrated to the underframe. The transmission device has an input jack rotating around the axis, an output shaft rotating around the vertical axis and an output head arranged around the output shaft. The output head passes inside articulation of the underframe relative to the frame. Two pulleys (25, 27) are placed above a plate (31) and a trestle (7) of the frame.
