A welding jig is devised to enhance adhesiveness of area welded by a laser for a rapid production of mobile phones. A welding jig is constructed with a lower jig where parts consisted of a shield can such as a gasket, a wall and a shield plate are seated in a sequential manner; an upper jig which put pressure to the parts for improving adhesiveness among parts seated on the lower jig; and an ejection jig which takes out welded shield can assembly placed on the lower jig without distortion. The lower jig plate has multiple dies and protrusions on the upper surface of the plate and radiation ports on the lower surface of the plate. Push pins along the welding area and/or a push pads are placed on the lower surface of the upper jig. Each die has ejection ports where ejector pins formed at the ejection jig. |
