It is possible to provide a two-dimensional code pattern which can perform accurate and rapid read, and a two-dimensional code pattern display device, and its reading device. The two-dimensional code pattern includes: a boundary pattern for turning ON or OFF all the pixels arranged in the end columns and the all the pixels arranged in the end rows among blocks of pixels arranged in the N columns and M rows; a rotation detection pattern in which the pixels belonging to a predetermined second pixel group in each of the blocks are turned ON or OFF according to a lighting pattern capable of detecting a rotation angle during a block read; and an information pattern in which the pixels belonging to the first quadrant and the third quadrant of the block are turned ON or OFF according to first information data and the pixels belonging to the second quadrant and the fourth quadrant of the block are turned ON or OFF according to second information data.
