An elastic and crisp beef meatball and method for preparing the same. Said beef meatball comprises fresh lean beef, fat pork, fresh ginger, onion stalk, salt, monosodium glutamate, TAIMEISU A-1, TAIMEISU A-2, TEXIANGTANG A, natural SKM meat essence, starch, and borneol. Said method comprises : chopping fresh lean beef into meat stuffing by chopper, placing chopped meat stuffing in meat mill, adding a small quantity of borneol, starting to mill, adding seasonings and a small quantity of ice, finally adding starch and borneol, agitating until uniformity, forming ball from the meat stuffing by hand or forming machine, filtering out water, then quick-freezing the ball in refrigerator, thus obtaining said product. |
