A rotatable building structure is provided to achieve selective 360° viewing capability, independence of each floor and stability against load. A rotatable building structure(10) includes a core formed to support the entire live load and dead load of the floor units, plural floor units(12) suspended around the core to be rotatable and transfer the balanced load to the core, and an annular platform extended horizontally from the core as a passage to make an approach from the floor unit to the core, wherein the floor unit includes a drive mechanism for rotational displacement.
