DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS

Detergent compositions containing an alkaline bacterial enzyme exhibiting endo-beta-1,4- glucanase activity (E.C. 3.2.1.4) and specific detergent for mulations comprising less than 10 wt% zeolite and phosphate builder are desc ribed. Preferred formulations comprise surfactants selected from alkyl benze ne sulphonates in combination with alkyl ethoxylated sulfates or MES or non- ionic surfactants.
