An apparatus for driving an organic electro-luminescence display is provided to reduce power consumption by changing an output voltage corresponding to a selected brightness. A power supply portion(22) generates a driving voltage for turning on an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Device) corresponding to a brightness, which is selected by a user. A brightness selector(24) receives the selected brightness signal and provides reference voltage information corresponding to the brightness signal to the power supply portion. The brightness selector generates a switching signal, such that the power supply portion generates a driving voltage corresponding to the reference voltage. A voltage feedback portion(26) is connected to the power supply portion and feeds back a predetermined first voltage to the power supply portion. A voltage regulator(28) is connected to the voltage feedback portion and adjusts the first voltage corresponding to a switching signal from the brightness selector.
