A fall prevention device of a gang form is provided to prevent accidents caused by falling of a gang form by supporting vertical columns of the gang form with a compressing unit. A fall prevention device of a gang form comprises a connection member(20) with a cone nut portion(21) connected to an anchor bolt(11) buried under a concrete wall(200) of a building, a main body(30) fastened to a spiral fastening joint(22) of the connection member, and a compressing unit(50) supported by pins(40,45) fixed to the main body and compressing vertical columns(120,130) of the gang form with elastic force of a spring(71) compressed by tightening the connection member and the main body, thereby supporting the gang form.
