An interior decoration sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reuse the sheet, to prevent the generation of harmful matter, and to improve water resistance, durability, wear resistance, and formability of the sheet. An interior decoration sheet is composed of: a surface layer(11) formed by coating the surface of a base material with melted polyolefin resin and then separating the base material; an underlayer(12) formed by coating the surface of the base material with melted polyolefin resin and then separating the base material, wherein thickness of the underlayer is controlled according to each purpose; a print layer(13) formed on the surface layer; and an adhesive layer(15) interposed between the surface layer and the underlayer to stick the surface layer and the underlayer to each other.
