A grip exercise tool capable of simultaneous self training of golf swing pose is provided to allow self training of golf swing pose by checking and correcting the cocking motion of the wrist. A grip exercise tool capable of simultaneous self training of golf swing pose comprises: 2 handles; an elastic spring(20) connecting the handles elastically; a metal bell(42) connected to the fixation part of the spring through a string and ringing by bumping with the spring. In case that the cocking motion of wrist is correct, the metal bell rings by bumping with the spring and in case that the cocking motion of wrist is wrong, no sounds is made. Using these, a user corrects and practices his/her swing and cocking motion without a help of any other person.
