摘要

Disclosed is a recording medium which is more excellent in storage stability than the conventional recording media. Specifically disclosed is an optical recording medium comprising a reflective layer, a first dielectric layer, a recording layer, a second dielectric layer and a light transmitting layer sequentially in this order on a substrate, wherein recording is performed by decomposing the recording layer by heating. This optical recording medium is characterized by comprising a third dielectric layer between the second dielectric layer and the light transmitting layer.
