A junction alignment device and an alignment method are provided to prevent an error caused by a camera module by a reflection unit having a simple structure using a bidirectional camera module, thereby enabling an accurate junction. A stage(110) for mounting a first target object moves horizontally. A head unit(120) capable of controlling a distance from the stage is installed to a direction faced to a stage. A second target object to be contacted with the first target object is installed at the head unit. A reflection unit(130) comprises a first reflection part and a second reflection part. The first reflection part is installed between the stage and the head unit, and reflects optical images of the first and the second target objects to one direction. The second reflection part reflects the optical images to the vertical direction about the one direction. An image conversion unit(170) provides the reflected optical images to a user.
