Extension hair that is easy to use and keep is provided to help a user attach and detach the extension hair to and from her natural hair easily and conveniently, but to achieve natural hair expressions. Extension hair(1) includes a compressive ring(20), a joint(33) that is connected to the compressive ring and puts the ends of false hair(30) strands(31) together as one, and a strap(35) having one end being joined and fixed to the joint and the other end being knotted or tied to the compressive ring. The compressive ring is formed into a hollow tube shape to allow a natural hair to be inserted thereto, and made out of a deformable metallic material or thermally deformable synthetic resin. The strap is preferably formed of a thread or string, but a rubber band or flexible wire is also used.
