A resin wide-mouthed container comprising container main body (2) having mouth part (3), trunk part (4) and bottom part (5) and, fitted to the mouth part (3), lid member (6), wherein internal pressure change absorbing panel (4a) is provided in the trunk part (4), and wherein heat sealing with film material (7) is applied to the mouth part (3) to thereby hermetically seal the opening of the container main body (2). Accordingly, high hermetic sealing and heat resistance at high-temperature sterilization can be ensured, and further the internal pressure change absorbing performance of the container can be enhanced.
