A ceiling cassette air conditioner is provided to optimize the width of an outlet and the position of a blade for minimizing the generation of noise due to the resistance of air flow and stably controlling air direction discharged via the outlet. A ceiling cassette air conditioner includes a main body of which a bottom surface part is opened, and a ceiling panel covering the opened bottom surface part of the main body and formed with outlets(22) at outer parts, wherein a width(W) of the outlets is in the range from 7% to 9% of a width of the main body. An interval(C1) between an inner end of the outlet and a blade(23) mounted therein is in the range from 34% to 42% of a sum(C1+C2) of the interval between an inner end of the outlet and a blade and an interval(C2) between an outer end of the outlet and the blade. The interval(C1) between the outer end of the outlet and the blade mounted therein is in the range from 58% to 66% of the sum(C1+C2). A length(L) of the blade is in the range from 60% to 70% of the width of the outlet.
