The device (1) has a electromagnets opening and closing control units (11) with a control unit (12) integrated to a cage (4), and a complimentary control unit (13) integrated to a lift shaft (5). Electromagnetic locking units (7) has electromagnets (8), which are constituted of electromagnetic vent holes (9), where the holes are installed at the level of a hoistway door of the shaft. The units (7) are associated to the door for maintenance of the door in closed position.
