A junction box is provided to prevent a cable entry from being easily released from an opening of a lower cover by external causes by combining the cable entry and the lower cover to each other strongly. A junction box comprises: a lower cover(100) including an opening formed at least one side surface thereof and a circuit board mounted with various electronic components, a cable entry(200) combined with the opening of the lower cover and guiding various cables connected to the electronic components in the lower cover, and a combining unit(300) combining the lower cover with the cable entry. The combining unit includes fixing units(310) formed at both sides of the portion of the outer wall of the lower cover where the opening is formed and a first holding part(320) formed at the cable entry for preventing the fixing units from being stretched outwardly.
