REMOTE CONTROL HOME SERVICE SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING UBIQUITOUS ENVIRONMENT WITH USING OPEN PLATFORM

A remote control home service system for supporting ubiquitous environment by using an open platform is provided to process a user's request and the service transmission corresponding to the request in real time by providing a service platform and to enable a qualified remote management an electric home appliance, a user's terminal and an embedded device. A remote control home service system for supporting ubiquitous environment by using an open platform consists of plural remote management severs on a home network, a home gateway and a service provider. The remote management severs include each kinds of middlewares. The home gateway which consists of a middleware bundle module, an OSGi(Open Service Gateway initiative) library and an OSGi framework includes an OSGi platform and plural middleware bundles supporting each kind of middlewares and transmits the information as to the devices on a home network through an external network. The service provider which is connected to the home gateway through the external network receives the information as to the remote management severs and downloads middleware bundles suitable to the home network to the home gateway in order to provide an interactive management service among the middlewares.
