A disposal circumcision instrument comprising an elongate hollow tube having a front end and back end; an organizer having a circular front opening and a circular back opening; a locking collar; and a locking device. The elongate hollow tube is slided to fit into the organizer, the locking collar fitted into the back end of the elongate hollow tube and the circular back openings of the organizer and a locking device fitted into the back of the tube and organizer. The locking device is then screw turned onto the circular threads at the back of the tube, locking the instrument set. The resulting pressure from the locking device on the organizer and tube produces sufficient force for the inner circular edge of the organizer and upwardly extending circular rim of the tube to perform a scissor-like cutting action to form a complete and nice round cut of the foreskin.
