<p>A method of manufacturing eco-friendly brick including carbon based adsorbent is provided to produce the brick containing the adsorbent with pores to adsorb harmful materials, thereby preferably preventing sick house syndrome and reducing weight of the brick by extraction removing ash portion from coal to form the carbon based porous adsorbent. The eco-friendly brick includes: 5-40wt.% of cement and 60-95wt.% of a mixture comprising porous carbon based adsorbent and sand as major ingredients. The binder is prepared by acid treatment of coal to remove ash material through elution and milling the remained material. The sand and the porous carbon based adsorbent are admixed in ratio by weight of 1:1 to 9:1. The cement is any one selected from Portland cement, fly-ash cement and furnace cement. The porous carbon based adsorbent is milled in a particle size of 0.3 to 10mm. The mortar further contains any one selected from loess, clay, white clay, shale, peldspar, etc.</p> |
