A system for a CTBA(Coupled Torsion Beam Axle) is provided to improve cornering performance of a vehicle by changing toe-out to toe-in at the time of cornering with varying the position of a spindle bracket. A system to change toe-out to toe-in at the time of cornering includes a trailing arm(10), an upper arm(31) connected to the upper portion of the trailing arm, a spindle bracket(30) having a pair of lower arms(33a,33b) connected to the trailing arm in a transverse direction, a pair of hydraulic cylinders(50a,50b) inserted to an edge of the trailing arm and connected to the lower arms to move them in parallel, and a controller sending control signals to the hydraulic cylinders.
